KSS Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2016 to, inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors / officers Employees of the Company including their immediate relatives from January 19, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public, in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on January 27, 2016.
