Sumeru Industries Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 25, 2016 to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015. As per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window of the Company will remain close for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company covered under the said code from January 18, 2016 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
