JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 28, 2016 to February 08, 2016 (both days inclusive).
