Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to (a) consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and (b) consider postal ballot for obtaining shareholders approval for keeping the Register of Members, etc., at a place other than the Registered Office of the Company. Further, the Trading Window, in terms of the Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
