Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2016 to consider and approve the Companys Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company on December 24, 2015 and will remain closed upto February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
