Gujarat Intrux Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016, for approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from January 23, 2016 to January 29, 2016(both inclusive).
