National Standard (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, in term of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities shall remain closed from January 27, 2016 to February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
