PVR Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3). The Company has decided that the trading window shall remain close from January 21, 2016 till January 31, 2016 for trading by Insiders. The trading window shall be opened from February 01, 2016.
