Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2016 to February 07, 2016 (both days inclusive).
