Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the new Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated / specified employees of the Company from January 22, 2016 to February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public.
