Jenson & Nicholson (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. To consider and approve Standalone Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. 2. To consider and take note of Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor on unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading as per Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 of the Company, the Trading window for all designated employees or connected person or their immediate relatives will remain closed from January 21, 2016 to February 08, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
