India Steel Works Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the un-audited financial results for the Quarter & nine-months ended December 31, 2015. Further, in connection with above as per the Company’s code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window of the Company will be closed for all insiders including Directors from February 02, 2015 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
