Godavari Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on February 09, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys securities shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from February 01, 2016 till February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
