Surana Solar Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per Surana Solar Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from February 02, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
