IEC Education Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, to discuss and approve unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to Regulation 4(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 5 of the Companys Internal Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct For Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the company hereby affirms that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from February 05, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
