Biopac India Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to Consider and approve an Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees / Connected Persons of the Company from February 01, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
