GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBl (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company. The trading window will open from February 15, 2016.
