Galaxy Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window, for dealing in Shares of the Company, will be closed for all Designated Employee(s)/ Insiders for a period starting from January 30, 2016 and ending on the completion of 48 hours, after the information becomes generally available.
