Boston Teknowsys (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. Un-audited financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. 2. Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Companys internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the December quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016.
