Lancor Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, of the company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, Pursuant to the “Lancor Holdings Limited” - Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading in Securities and fair disclosure of unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and connected persons covered under the code from close of business hours of February 01, 2016 to close of business hours of February 12, 2016.
