Medicamen Biotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider & to take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Results for the 3rd Quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the Company confirms that as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 and would open 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
