Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. for the period from January 30, 2016 till February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
