Emco Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated employees, directors and connected persons from February 01, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from February 12, 2016.
