Kumaka Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain close for Directors, Officers and Designated Persons from January 30, 2016 upto Forty Eight (48) Hours after announcement of financial results.
