Stylam Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company in respect of the quarter ended on 31st December,2015. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 9, 2016 (both days inclusive).
