Steel Exchange India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Companys Insider trading Regulation Code that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from 02nd February, 2016 to 11th February, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of financial results for the Quarter ending 31st December, 2015 at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on 10th February, 2016. The trading window shall open for trading from 12th February, 2016.
