Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, Pursuant to the Companys "‘Code for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by insiders" the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours of February 05, 2016 to closure of business hours of February 15, 2016.
