Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd_DVR has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2016, to review, finalise and approve the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Working Results for the quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the Company has submitted a copy of of internal Circular for closure of Trading Window dated Febraury 05, 2016 under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
