Enbee Trade & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business: - To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
