Manjeera Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Trading Window shall be closed from February 10, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2015 which is considered as a "price sensitive information". The Trading window will be re-opened from February 15, 2016, onwards.
