Hawa Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, for the consideration of the following matters: - To consider and approve Un-audited (provisional) Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, the Trading Window will remain closed for convening of the Board Meeting, from 06.00 p.m. on February 10, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public on February 12, 2016. However it is advisable not to trade in securities of the Company during the closure of Trading Window of the company, as per the new PIT regulations, 2015.
