Catvision Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ’Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
