IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015. Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall be closed from February 10, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on February 16, 2016.
