Pankaj Piyush Trade & Investment Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016 is now rescheduled on February 15, 2016, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Also, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 17, 2016 due to consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
