Marg Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2015. In view of the above, the Trading Window in terms of Insider Trading Regulations shall remain closed from February 06, 2016, till 48 hours after communication of declaration of unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
