India Finsec Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled on February 15, 2016 to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2015. The Company further informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 17, 2016 due to consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
