White Diamond Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
