GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close for Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees of the Company from the closure of business hours of April 20, 2016 to the closure of business hours of April 28, 2016.
