JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and the Recommendation of payment of dividend on the 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares & Equity Shares of the Company, Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the aforesaid code) from May 08, 2016 to May 20, 2016 (both days inclusive).
