Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors the Company will be held on 27th May 2016,inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2016. Pursuant to this, The Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading By Insiders" would commence from 6.00 p.m. on May 16, 2016 and end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 27.05.2016.
