Jolly Merchandise Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016. As per "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company (“Code”), the trading window will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on May 31, 2016.
