Tarmat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of Directors of the company will be held on May 28, 2016 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial result of the company for the quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in compliance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2016, from May 20, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, and their dependents and family members.
