Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the year 2016-2017 will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and the Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter/half year/year ended March 31, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Designated Employees and Key Management Personnel of the Company.
