South Asian Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, the "Trading Window” of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
