Response Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider among other items the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ending March 31, 2016 and Financial year ending March 31, 2016. Further, that as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. Trading Window would remain closed from May 19, 2016 to the closure of business hours of June 01, 2016 both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents).
