Brand Realty Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘the code), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from May 20, 2016, to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
