Archidply Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider approval of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from May 17, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
