Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the Designated Employees will remain closed from May 18, 2016 till May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
