Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee, and the recommendation of final dividend, if any, by the Board. Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) and will open on May 31, 2016.
