Southern Magnesium & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2016 along with the other items of the Agenda. Further to inform you that, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from May 19, 2016 to May 31, 2016 (both day inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
